写作要求

根据参赛学生就读年级不同，提供A、B、C、D、E、F六组不同初赛试题，其中，A、B组试题中英文组同学皆可选，C、D组试题仅供英文组同学选择，E、F组题目仅供中文组同学选择。参赛的同学可以选择其中一组试题，以中文或英文写一篇文章。要求中文文章800字左右，英文文章500字左右。文章可以回答其中某一个问题，或者全部问题。文章不得抄袭，如有引用，请以脚注的形式标注。

文章结构参考如下

A组：朝核问题（Korean Nuclear Issue）

参考内容：
朝核问题一直是美国近几届总统关注的重点问题之一。2018年开始，美国总统特朗普开始积极采取合作对话的方式谋求半岛无核化，并且得到了朝鲜最高领导人金正恩的积极回应。2018年6月，美朝首脑会晤在新加坡举行，会晤结束后两国签署了共同声明，朝核问题取得了重要进展。2019年2月28日，朝美首脑第二次会晤在越南举行，出乎外界意料的是，第二次朝美首脑会晤在并未发表任何宣言或者签署任何文件的情况下草草结束了，原计划中的工作午餐也被取消。朝鲜半岛无核化的前景似乎突然又变得暗淡起来。
问题1.请结合朝核问题的历史演变，分析朝核问题一直无法解决的根源原因；
问题2.结合当前国际局势以及朝美现任领导人的个人性格特点，分析本次越南朝美峰会并未取得重要进展的可能原因；
问题3.朝核问题近期（半年到两年内）有无取得实际进展的可能，尤其是两国领导人近期有无再次会面的可能？

The Korean nuclear issue has been one of the major concerns of recent us presidents. From 2018, the US President Trump began to seek denuclearization of the peninsula creatively through cooperative dialogue and received a positive response from North Korean leader Kim Jong-un. In June 2018, the DPRK–USA Singapore Summit was held and a joint statement was signed, which is a significant progress. On 28 February, 2019, the second DPRK-US summit was held in Vietnam. Unexpectedly, this summit ended without any declaration or signing any documents. The planed working lunch was also cancelled. The prospect of denuclearization on the Korean peninsula seems to have suddenly become dim.
Question1. Basing on the historical evolution of the Korean nuclear issue, analyze the root causes which make the Korean nuclear issue unresolved so far.
Question2.Combining the current international situation and the personal characteristics of the current leaders of the DPRK and the United States, what are the possible reasons why no significant progress was made in the DPRK-US Vietnam summit.
Question 3. Is there any possibility that important progress can be made on the Korean nuclear issue in short-term (within half to two years), especially is it possible that another DPRK-US summit will be held?

B组：修昔底德陷阱（Thucydides Trap）

参考内容：
“修昔底德陷阱”是指一个新崛起的大国必然要挑战现存大国，而现存大国也必然会回应这种威胁，这样战争变得不可避免。这一政治寓言源自古希腊著名历史学家修昔底德，他认为，当一个崛起的大国与既有的统治霸主竞争时，双方面临的危险多数以战争告终。
问题：你人为“修昔底德陷阱”真的存在吗？如果不存在，理由是什么？如果存在，中美之间能避免“修昔底德陷阱”吗？
The "Thucydides Trap" refers to that a newly rising power is bound to challenge the established power and the established power will certainly respond to this threat. Therefore, war between the two powers becomes inevitable. This political metaphor originated from the ancient Greek famous historian Thucydides. He believed that when a rising power competed with the existing dominant hegemon, the dangers faced by both sides ended in war.
Question: Do you think there is really a "Thucydides trap"? If not, why? If so, can China and the United States avoid the "Thucydides trap"?

C组：美墨边境隔离墙（US-Mexico Border Wall）

参考内容：
建立美墨边境墙是美国总统特朗普在竞选时的承诺，虽然得的了部分选民的支持，但是也遭到了强烈的反对，尤其国会一直不肯批准建立美墨边境墙的经费。为了兑现自己的竞选承诺，特朗普计划挪用军费实施自己的建墙计划。
问题：
请以一名美国普通高中生的身份，从美国国家的根本利益出发，分析特朗普是否应该在美墨边境建立隔离墙,如果是，请陈述理由，如果否，请给出替代方案。
The construction of US-Mexico border wall is the promise of US president Trump during the campaign. However, this plan receives fierce opposition though some voters support it. Especially, the Congress wouldn’t approve funding for the US-Mexico border wall building. In order to fulfill his campaign promise, Trump plans to embezzle military spending to implement his US-Mexico border wall building plan.
Question: As an ordinary high school student of the United States, whether do you think should the US-Mexico border wall be built considering the fundamental interests of the United States? If yes, why? If not, what’s the alternative proposal?

D组：2020年美国大选（2020 US Presidential Election）

2016年美国大选，特朗普作为一个毫无政治经验的参选人打败了众多政治对手，成功当选美国总统。上任两年来，特朗普基本兑现了其大部分竞选承诺，政绩也可圈可点，但作为美国总统，特朗普在国内外饱受批评。因此，在2018年国会中期选举中，共和党守住了参议院，但失去了众议院。对于2020年美国大选，特朗普也志在必得，但不可忽视的是，2016年美国大选民主党热门候选人桑德斯强势归来，希拉里也曾多次表示将要再次参选美国总统。
问题: 你认为2020年美国总统大选特朗普还能获胜吗，如果能，理由是什么？如果不能理由又是什么？
In the 2016 US presidential election, Trump defeated many political opponents as a candidate with no political experience and was elected president of the United States. In the past two years, Trump has basically fulfilled most of his campaign promises, and his achievements are also remarkable. However, as the president of the US, Trump has been criticized at home and abroad. As a result, In the midterm elections of the 2018 Congress, the Republican Party held the Senate but lost the House of Representatives. As a confident businessman, Trump is determined to win the 2020 US presidential election. However, the 2016 US Democratic election candidate Sanders announced that he would once again run for the US president. Also, Hillary mentioned many times that she would run for the US president again.
Question: In your opinion, Whether Trump can win the 2020 US presidential election, why and why not?

F组：中日关系

自近代以来，中国与日本几乎每100年发生一次战争，19世纪发生了甲午战争（日本称“日清战争”）；20世纪中国与日本打了一场抗日战争（日本称“日中战争”）。
问题：21世纪中国与日本是否可能再次发生战争，如无可能，原因是什么？如果再次发生战争，你认为大概是什么时候？可能的远因和近因在哪里？如果中国赢了，是赢在什么地方？如果失败了，是失败在什么条件上？我们应该采取什么战略避免失败？
